  I have always had good food here.  The service is above average for fast food.  It's clean and dependable.  
  
  I appreciate the fact it's real chicken and hand breaded.  Although it's a major chain I feel ok eating here. It makes me feel like I am making a better choice for a fast food take out choice for the family.  Of course, it's ALL fried and terrible for you but...   It sure does taste good.  
  
  We usually get the tenders, onion rings, and wings.  Good value for decent food.  I'm not sure what the heck Zax sauce is but gosh it's good.  I should probably never read the ingredient label, huh?

  This location is just terrible.  They never seem to get my order correct and the service is not that great either.  I have been when it is crowded as well as when it seemed to be slow and the last 4 times my order has been wrong and cold.  It sucks to spend good money consistently on bad food and bad service.  I went tonight and ordered the southern TLC sandwich combo and again received a cold greasy sandwich that seemed like it had been sitting awhile and cold, over salted fries.  I can safely say that is the last time I will spend money at the Olive Branch location.

  Over salted, over priced, dirty tray, low on soda, chewy wings, and just not good.
  
  Believe it or not, but I've never tried Zaxby's. I thought it was just fried chicken, which doesn't really draw me in. I was short of time and wanted something new, so here's my first impression and my last.
  
  The menu is too small and too far away to tell anything just beyond the name of the meal. I have great vision, but I had to cut in front of the line just to see it. I only saw sandwiches, wings, and tenders but for some reason expected breasts and thighs and drums. The sampler intrigued me but I had to ask what was on it, not being able to see the tiny picture. There is a boneless, and traditional, which I ordered, that had real wings.
  
  The drink was not included. Some fast food sell a soda for 1 buck. Well double that and its still not good enough for Zaxby's. They want $2.09.
  Wonder why they need the nine cents. Here's what you get for $2.09. One of those fancy flavor soda machines that take forever to get your drink. Cherry coke- unavailable. Vanilla coke- unavailable. Orange coke-unavailable. Then I tried plain coke and dumped it out because the taste was way off. Finally settled on Dr. Pepper. My taste buds were out of order after the coke, but the Dr Pepper seemed ok.
  
  Then they gave me a plate on a filthy dirty tray that they couldn't even take time to wipe with a dirty rag. I didn't even want it anymore, but needed to eat and short of time. We've all done it.
  
  Chicken tenders: salt, salt, salt. It seemed to be mixed into the batter instead of added after cooking. They were hot, and seemed decent breast quality, but every bite screamed salt! The sauce couldn't even tame it.
  
  Wings: asked for hot as they get, and pretty sure they were mild. They were cooked perfectly and not overdone, but were somehow extremely chewy. My jaw got sore chewing these things.
  
  Fries: just cheap crinkle fries with loads of salt and some cheap Cajun seasoning.
  
  Texas toast: how do they screw this up? It had the weirdest strangest taste. I've had every kind of butter before, but this was not butter. Butter comes from the cream in milk. This stuff comes from some manufacturing plant. I'm sure its some kind of oil with artificial flavour and color.
  
  The worst part was that after spending $10.99 on crappy fast food, I feel ripped off and cheated. I could have been waited on at a decent restaurant for this price, and had better food. Since they want to try to be more upscale than their competitors, I left my table dirty for them to bus themselves. I paid enough not to have to clean up after myself.

  Food here is great, but customer service leaves something to be desired. I've never seen an entire group of people who looked so unhappy to be working somewhere. Not a good look at all. It makes you question coming back.

  Food good but the people working there dont seem to know how to get my order right a couple other times i went there and my food is sometimes cold when i get it. Also i gave zaxbys chances and yall still f***ing up...... wont get my money no more. I use to like this place to come eat at but cant no more my food always have something missing or just not right to my standards my food should be warm not cold. The workers look like the have a additude whenever i ask for my money back its not my fault yall cant get your stuff together
